Had Allen's 50mm f1.4 and with a single Nikon SB-800 fired into an umbrella. Works wonders all the time.

On Memorial Day a bunch of us wanted to go to the beach and ended up in Corona Del Mar. Its much smaller than Huntington Beach, but the scenery is better. We loved the houses built by the beach. Every one of them was unique. Some mansion like, some cottage like.





There was a marina in the area. Yachts and boats huge and small kept coming and going.



There were the seagulls of course. There were plenty of pelicans too, but I didn't get any good shots of them.
